Kegerator Wizard Online Return Policy

At Kegerator Wizard, we want you to feel confident shopping with us online. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as simple as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Please note: Certain products are non-returnable for health, safety, or customization reasons. See Section 5 below.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our Online Support Team at:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide step-by-step return shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases.
If you’d like to replace an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order through our website.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order kegerators or parts

  • Installed, modified, or used equipment

  • Opened cleaning solutions or consumables (e.g., CO₂ cartridges)

  • CO2, Nitrogen, Argon, or Beer gas tanks of any size

  • Gift cards

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Kegeratorwizard@gmail.com
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number until your return is processed.
